Terms and Conditions

We have the right to assume that you have read and accepted the below terms conditions.

Health and Safety
By purchasing this course you are thereby accepting all responsibility for your own health any well-being for the duration of the course, and thereby agree to remove Soul Sanctuary Studios and partners from any responsibility of accident and injury.
The customer must ensure that he/she is medically well enough, both physically and mentally to be able to participate in all yoga activities and 200 hours or yoga study.
Customers who have injuries, illnesses, mental health issues or learning difficulties are advised to seek doctor’s advice before committing to a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Soul Sanctuary.
Soul Sanctuary asks that if personally required, all customers have adequate medical insurance for the duration of the course.
If you sustain an injury or pregnancy during the course there is still a huge amount you can complete via study only.

Commitment
It is the customers responsibility to research course details and their own ability to study prior to purchase. Please ensure your personal diary, fitness levels and learning ability is suitable for 200 hours of Yoga Theory and Practice.
Please ensure you are able to use technology and are able to self-study adequately for a self-paced online training course.
The course content has been certified as Yoga Alliance approved, in terms of content and organisation. Soul Sanctuary therefore cannot be held responsible for personal learning difficulties or personal diary implications.
Conduct
In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss this with any third party and shall notify Soul Sanctuary via email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Applicants will be respectful of their fellow course members. All information discussed will be held in total confidentiality of those present at the time of discussion. Any information shared relating to a participant’s well-fare can be shared with course leaders only, if necessary.
Applicants will be respectful of their course leaders. Contact with course leaders should only be made via email [email protected], during working hours (9am-5pm, Monday - Friday). Any contact made outside of that time will not be responded to until working hours recommence.
Group chat, such as Whatsapp, is an optional extra. Yoga Alliance does not state that this function is required for a 200 Hour Training, if the course leader offers this as added value for the group, Soul Sanctuary take no responsibility for the information discussed within that group, Soul Sanctuary have no obligation to maintain contact within the group, the 200 hours of content are fulfilled within the course learning platform. Group chats offer optional peer support for course members to communicate with each other if they wish, without obligation. Soul Sanctuary takes no responsibility for management or confidentiality within such groups. Please ensure you have read and adhere to the Rules of Engagement
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, payments are non-refundable or transferable.
. Due to teacher cancellations or other situations beyond our control, Soul Sanctuary reserves the right to adjust the training schedule.
. Soul Sanctuary shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors. This now also includes COVID-19*.
Soul Sanctuary cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
Payment
You will abide by the payment plans set out at point of purchase. Any refusal to pay during the course will result in jurisdiction of the UK courts governed by UK Law.
200 Hour Trainings industry guidance is to charge on average £2000 for 200 hours of training, to not lower the standard of teaching below £10 / hour. If you need additional contact hours with any course leader, you must purchase additional 1-1 coaching at their discretionary teaching rate.
Soul Sanctuary reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any applicants who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
. Please note for your reference that Soul Sanctuary Teacher Training Ltd. is not VAT registered.

1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.Copyright

Soul Sanctuary retains all copyright licence rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material used throughout the course. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any way.

Soul Sanctuary reserves the right at it's sole discretion to terminate the continuation of the training course by the applicant in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.

Any user of the website has to be 18 years of age or older and agrees to be entirely financially responsible for all charges and other fees arising from the program.

Soul Sanctuary accepts no responsibility for keeping course information on our website up to date and will not be liable for any loss by its failure to do so. We are not responsible for the contents of any links displayed on our website.

*In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak it may be that due to government restrictions or safety requirements, some aspects of the course need to adjust. This may include but is not limited to date, time, location and format changes (online or in-person). As stated, deposits are non-refundable, however in the instance of COVID-19, if Soul Sanctuary make changes which mean you are no longer able to attend the training, Soul Sanctuary are willing to make allowances to transfer payments to another course, if suitable.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by UK Law and the parties’ consent to the jurisdiction of the UK courts in all matters regarding them.
